M.S. in Electrical Engineering (Specialized in Computer Architecture, VLSI, ASIC and Circuit Design)
B.E. in Electronics and Communications (Specialized in Electronics, Digital Communications and DSP)

I moved to Folsom, California (more about California, Click here...) and am enjoying the moderate Californian weather which was a sharp change from Wisconsin's. I am working with one of the most prestigious companies. I was in Madison, Wisconsin, USA (more about Wisconsin, Click here...) for about couple of years.

I have finished my Masters (Electrical Engineering) at the North Carolina State University (NCSU) in Raleigh, NC, USA: 2001-2002 (more about North Carolina, Click here...) after graduating from L. D. College of Engineering (LDCE - Click here for more...), Ahmedabad (Click here for more...), Gujarat (Click here for more...), India: 1997-2001.

In my final semester (M.S.) I was involved in a project of building a high speed Analog to Digital Converter (A/D) with 500 MS/S and up to 6 bits conversion. Along with this I worked on Alpha 21264 Simulator written by Burger et. al. and did research project on building a Complexity Effective Microprocessor and a FIFO based design.

In my second semester (M.S.) I had worked on a project of IP forwarding engine for Network Router using ASIC.
I have worked on Computer Architecture/Embedded systems and also on Image Processing.

In my first semester (M.S.) I had worked on various simulation and design projects. They include design and implementation of 4 bit slice microprocessor AMD 2901 using VLSI techniques. The project was implemented using CMOS technology in TSMC 0.35 µm vendor.

As my final year project in B.E., I had worked as Research Assistant in Space Application Centre (SAC), ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization), and to tell you the truth it was really worth working there. I had worked on Trellis Coded Modulation, Viterbi Algorithm, and even Block Turbo Codes. The entire Digital Communication was simulated (static) on the MATLAB software, and the Trellis Codec (Convolutional encoder and Viterbi Decoder) was implemented through VHDL (VLSI technology) and tested successfully.
