B.E. in Electronics and Communications (Specialized in Electronics, Digital Communications and DSP)

An astounding 92% in the 12^th standard enabled me to pursue my dreams of becoming an Electronics Engineer. I did my engineering from one of the prestigious engineering institutes in India - L. D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. After my final year B.E. (7th and 8th semester) project at ISRO, my interest in the field of COMMUNICATIONS & CIRCUIT DESIGN increased. I joined NCSU as an Electrical Engineering Major for my Master's Degree. I completed my M.S. in December of 2002 specializing in VLSI/ASIC design/Computer Architecture. I was in Madison, Wisconsin for a couple of years and at present I am in Folsom, California, working with one of the most reputed companies.

	I enjoy lots of things including reading, especially books on science fiction/non-fiction and love reading comics such as Tintin, Archie and Asterix'
	My favorite novels are 'Omerta' by Mario Puzo and 'The Man' by Irwin Wallace. I love reading novels by Mario Puzo, Tom Clancy, Robert Ludlum and John Forsyth
	Watching sci fi movies
	Watching sports such as cricket, soccer
	Playing musical instruments such as mouth organ - harmonica, guitar, flute, synthesizer. I play guitar and harmonica for a band here in NC State University. This band is formed by Indian Students and is christened "Aalaap"
	I am absolutely crazy about rock music and instrumentals. My favorite instrumentalists - Joe Satriani and Willie Logan (GUITAR) and Dave Lewis (SAXOPHONE)
